“So what do we do now?” Ava asked, her sweet voice penetrating his rage-fuelled mind.
Those who knew him would know that Ava was his true mate, only a true mate would be able to calm the beast within.
“Well, it depends, on what is decided in the next few moments, we can carry on where we were last at, before we were rudely interrupted or we confront the elephant in the room, in this case…Sharon.” He answered, hoping that they could continue on the former, rather than the latter.
Typical…men all around the universe only thought with one head at a time, always guaranteed to be the one below their belt, huffing in frustration, crossing her arms, she glared at Cade, “I was querying about your ex…!” She elaborated, getting to the point.
Muttering under his breath, “There is nothing we can do, until Sharon is found and brought to justice, we will stay here, under the protection of the guards, my brothers will notify me immediately of any news or findings.”
