Caleb entered my office with a grin on his face. "Good morning, boss. How was your night?"

"It was fine, Caleb. What's up?" I replied, not in the mood for small talk.

"Everything is going as planned. I've been keeping an eye on River, and she seems to be getting interested in me," he said with a smirk.

I raised my eyebrow. "Good to know, but don't forget the reason why you're there. We need to keep her safe. You shouldn't fall in love with her, Caleb."

He chuckled. "Don't worry, boss. I know what I'm doing. I'm just playing my part."

I sighed. "Just be careful. Remember, we're not just protecting Raini; we're protecting her sister as well. If anything happens to her, Raini will be devastated."

"I understand, Zavier," Caleb replied, nodding his head. "I'll make sure nothing happens to either of them."

"Good. And one more thing, Caleb. Don't let River know that you work for me. We don't want her to be suspicious."
