Chapter 127: The Beta's Meeting

Tonight the camp was less merry than it was yesterday but was still happy. It had been a successful day by all account although we were now less than a day's journey from this werewolf pack.

Alpha Abbadon had concluded with all the Beta's that he and a selected few were going to keep watch over the camp tonight, to give us an extra pair of eyes and ears as I was allowed to spend the night in camp.

Alpha Abbadon trusted my word that this was a safe place to camp for tonight but as an extra precautionary measure which I was against he was going to go out and scout with a few others. The only downside was I was going to miss his company even though I would not say that to his face.

I watched as Alpha Abbadon and the five Beta's he had selected left the camp with him. They were going far away outside the perimeters if our camp in search of scent trails of our werewolves close by.
