“Avalon is Laura and she bewitched me?” Ashina stuttered.

“Yes, that's right. She actually did that to you, and I'm here to put an end to her enslaving” the witch explained. As she has heard the rumors going around that a witch had possessed these lands.

She came and confirmed it herself.

“So now, what's your gain for helping me?” Ashina replied. After all that she had seen in her memories, she became warier of things, and people, and the worst of it was witches.

At that instant, her mind surfed through millions of thoughts.

“I want you to side with me in taking Laura down” the witch added again, flashing disgust on her face.

"Wow, how should I know you won't turn your back on me just like she did?” Ashina snapped at her, she was rather being wary.

“I won't, if I had wanted to do anything to you, I would have done that right before breaking the spell” she briefed, and it all made sense to Ashina.

She felt the urge to agree because she had no choice.
