Laura smiled as she saw her emerge out of the blue. The bird looked pitch black, and it seemed to have left its host.

It flew right towards Laura and whispered some words into her ears. After which it was done, it turned into dust and evaporated.

“Ooh wow, is that so?” Laura giggled happily. The news she heard was quite befitting and could be molded to her advantage. Her day had never been brighter, just after hearing the news, she felt like she could accomplish anything.

“Come in” she shouted out of the blue while averting her gaze towards the door and shortly after a guard came running in. He squatted down to kneel, respecting her presence.

“Get me the general, we have an issue to discuss” she ordered, and the guard ran out of her chambers quickly.
