CHAPTER 14: INDECISION OF THE ALPHA.

Even the Heavens felt his anger as a bolt of lightning struck across the unsuspecting sky. It was dry, and the weather was mostly windy. Tyler's temper changed that. Rain took over and the wind increased five folds, almost sending the pegs that held the tent away. The flickering light turned off, and the tent became pitch black.

It was not an issue for Tyler, as he could see with his wolf eyes. Lana fumbled with her steps because her eyes were ordinary as that of a human. Another reason she hated herself the more. Weak. Powerless and a plaything for anyone who wields even the lowest rank in a pack. That would be the Omega.

Lana stepped back until the droplets of rain coming in through the opening of the tent wet her clothes. She didn't mind if that got her away from the closeness of Tyler's glare. The last thing she wanted was to be ripped apart by his fury.

“Don't fucking lie to me. Who are you?”

“I…me… I have told you,” she whispered. “My name is Lana and that is all that I remember
