CHAPTER 18: DEFENDING WHAT BELONGS TO HIM.

Tyler didn’t know who the hell the wolf was. Not that he had much of a chance of identification as the Omega landed on Tyler again since he has become the obstacle between him and Lana.

The wolf went for Tyler’s throat, and Tyler’s hands turned to that of a wolf, his eyes flashing red with fury. His paws raked across the wolf’s face. The wolf took the blow, landed on his feet, shook himself, and sprang again. Tyler was tired of the game. He didn't want to kill a wolf in Free Town, and that was why he wasn't using all of his power. But, this wolf acted like it wanted death, not to live. He was too violent and reeked of hatred.

It was tough to hold himself together, even though he was trying to hold this wolf from killing himself. Unexpected attacks happened once in a while, but between a wolf that knew or had a grudge against the other. Why was this one attacking Lana in the open when she wasn't even a wolf? That question enraged Tyler.
