Chapter 159

Reena's POV

I groaned while I opened my eyes. My whole body was in pain, and the first thing I did when I woke up was to check on my baby.

"You still care about that thing?"

I snapped my neck towards where the voice of Caleb was, and I gasped. This place wasn't the pack house, it was in the middle of nowhere.

I could recall faint memories of the night, but then, I didn't know when we got here. All I could see was fire even when I tried to recall what happened.

"Caleb, tell me what happened. I can seem to recall what happened. How did you manage to help me escape?"

Caleb glared at me, his eyes staring at me with hate before going towards my tummy.

However, he sighed. "I created a distraction, and that was the only way I was able to get you out of there."

I nodded, my eyes fixed on him with excitement. I was glad that he was able to get me out of them, and that was when the memory flashed into my mind.
