"What do you mean you just saw Papa, Kai? I'm right here,” I tell him slowly, going down on my knees to be on the same level as him.

I held his face so he could look at me but the disappointed look on his face broke my heart, it made me so sad.

"Is everything alright?” Andrew's voice behind me. I held Kai's hands even tighter as he wouldn't say anything to me.

“Kai, what is wrong?"

“I'm sorry Papa. I'm sure that I saw him look at us just now,” He muffled.

“I think we should get to the car, Mason. You both can talk there,” Andrew said, rubbing my shoulders in comfort.

“Let go, Kai,” I went on my steps, looking around curiously to see if there might be any truth in what Kai said.
