Chapter Fifteen

CHAPTER FIFTEEN

It's already dark and I'm in the room that was given to me. I already had my bath and I'm dressed in a simple sleeveless knee-length dress. I went extra by brushing my hair well then I braid the front of my hair from both sides and tie it up at the back of my head.

I look in the mirror and there is still a cut on the corner of the lower part of my lips and it's really visible. I gently brush my finger over it and it hurts so I wince a little before I endure the rest of the pain and lay on the bed. My body still hurts and I have bruises here and there on my arms, legs, and stomach but I feel better than I did when I hadn't cleaned up yet.

There's nothing for me to do, nobody to speak to and I'm bored but a part of me is scared to wander around the palace because I don't want to bump into the Alpha or any of his subordinates. I feel it would be awkward. So I just lay in bed doing nothing.
