CHAPTER 181 – Return of The Prime Alpha
LISA'S POV
I open my mouth to speak but I immediately snap it shut. "I think I heard something just now," I whisper.
"What was it?" Jonas says, stepping closer to me.
Out of the corner of my eyes, I see Luke heading our way.
"I heard a noise."
"What kind of noise was it?" Jonas asks, feeling rather impatient as he crosses his arms.
"I don't know how to describe it, but I know I heard something. Now please, will you keep quiet?"
Klaus and Tiffany join us, I put my finger on my lips to tell them not to say a word. Up ahead the road leads to the tallest building on the street, I immediately nicknamed it the Burj khalifa of France. Only a few of the numerous windows were lit as they were on other buildings.
