Chapter 43 – The Ball
Lisa's POV
The next morning, instead of heading over to the dining room for breakfast, I head over to the patio where the Alphas of Moonstone, Nightwalker, Dark Moon, and Shadow packs, alongside Kayden, Klaus, and Jonas, are having breakfast. There were a few women around as well. I initially wanted to skip breakfast, but Jonas had forced me to join them. He had explained that the women were sisters to the Alphas of the Order. Seeing as it wasn't the dining room, there was no official arrangement for the seating order. Everyone sat how they wanted, and so Jonas saved me a spot next to where he sat.

Lisa's POV Stepping into the Senate room totally freaks me out. That was the best way to describe how I felt about it. The Order sat on thrones made out of skulls, while the Prime Alpha's was made out of gold. They all wore black suits with black ties to match.
