CHAPTER 43— SORRY
Zillon stuffed his bags in the trunk, leaving it open for her to put her luggage in as he walked around to the driver's seat.
Celeste strained a little, but managed to fit the suitcase inside. She adjusted it, then closed the trunk and walked around the car to the passenger seat beside his.
She pulled the door open and as soon as she entered and closed it behind her, Zillon drove off.
Throughout the whole drive, he didn't say a word to her. He kept his eyes on the road and his hands on the steering wheel. It was a torture; watching him ignore her, and though it was painful, Celeste had to endure it.
It was all her fault after all, if she had just ignore her restlessness and ignore the will to feel free, she'd probably be in his arms right now. But as he had ruthlessly said before they left his parents house....
