Alpha Joseph's POV
"Hello, Alpha"
That is the first two words I heard from the other line that made my brows furrowed. His voice is monotone which he never does.
Is he upset? He never calls me Alpha during calls.
"Hey, baby. How are you?" I answer and ask. My brows still furrowed. I'm getting anxious.
"I'm okay." He answer but his voice is strained. What happened?
"Is there something wrong? Baby, you can tell me anything." I said being cautious of what I will say. I don't want my baby getting mad.
