I trudged to my room after a long day at work, wondering what Lewis had put in my room to make him act so mysterious.

To my surprise, I found a bouquet of red roses on the bed with a box and a note. My heart began to pound as I approached the bed. Was it a gift? I wondered.

I read the note first and I couldn’t stop smiling to myself like a fool. This felt like we were teenagers passing each other secret love letters. I can’t lie it was exciting.

[Put this pretty dress on and meet me outside. I can’t wait to see how dazzling you look in it.] The note read and my jaws hurt from smiling too widely. How can such a serious man be so sweet and romantic at the same time?
