I sat by my father's sick bed, holding his hand tightly as I watched the comings and goings of various doctors and magicians. They were dressed in robes of different colors, carrying bags filled with potions and spells. Some came from faraway lands, while others were from nearby villages. Each one claimed to have the cure for my father's illness.

As I looked around the room, I saw a group of healers huddled in the corner, whispering amongst themselves. One of them, a tall, thin man with a long white beard, approached me.

"Miss Davina, we have tried every spell and potion we know, but your father's condition remains unchanged," he said, his voice filled with sadness.

Tears welled up in my eyes as I thanked him for his efforts. My father had been sick for weeks, and no one seemed to be able to help him.
