Rebecca and M walked right back after he said that.

"Someone is trying to frame Cassie." I said as soon as they got in.

Rebecca looked up at me and shushed me. "Everyone sees you as a threat. That's why I'm sending you EverMore."

I said nothing more as I lowered my head and waited for us to arrive in EverMore.

I don't know how many minutes passed but the car came to a halt and I raised my head towards the window.

I was met with the sight of a haunted gate. "Have we arrived in EverMore?"

"There's an old saying not to judge a book by its cover. You're doing it without realizing." Rebecca replied and alighted from the car.

I scoffed and also got down as well. When we got to the gate, the door opened on its own and we walked in.

We hadn't gotten that far when three people joined us. Rebecca glanced back at me and introduced me to the woman in the middle.

"That's the Principal, Heaven Reid. And on the right is Steven Gate and Taylor Griffin."
