Early Morning I was standing by the kitchen counter,rubbing my pained back from spending the night on Jeremy's bedroom floor. I had no choice in the matter! I'm trying to keep certain boundaries between us so there's less confusion.

I was filled with anxiety as I paced the floor,in my pointe shoes and my Red tutu dress that was covered in sparkles to catch the light as I moved.Backstage at the War Memorial Opera House,I glanced in the direction of my Male Ballet partner that I've been practicing with for weeks. VANESSA The excitement that I was feeling after the Ballet was over,was short lived when I saw Jeremy and Alex standing in front of each other. Is Jeremy going to make a thing out of Alex being here?Surely not in front of his Mother..But the man can be unpredictable at times.As I made my way through the crowd in the main lobby,I was receiving smiles and words of praise. I wasn't used to the attention and the fuss, I wasn't used to being told how good I was at the thing that I've spent my whole life doing. VANESSAMy palms were pressed flat against the thin fitted shirt that Jeremy was wearing,it was white in colour with little black buttons down the middle. I pulled up outside the mansion after dropping Finley back at college bright and early. My brother and I didn't have the pleasantest of conversations on the car ride-since the talk was about what happened at the after party last night. VANESSAI popped two aspirin into my mouth and downed them with a cold glass of water. Thankfully I was discharged from the hospital early this morning, I honestly couldn't stand another second in that place.
