BELLA’s POV

My heart pounded as I pushed the door open, and the loud music from the room assaulted my ears. As the door creaked open, I froze. My eyes couldn't believe what they saw. Aaron and Jasmine, tangled together, lay naked on the bed, sharing an intimate moment that shattered my world. The realization struck me like a bolt of lightning, a pain so deep it was almost physical.

I clamped my mouth shut to stifle a cry, and my eyes filled with unshed tears. The agony of the sight before me was unbearable. I mean I knew he wasn’t loyal but seeing him in the act was something else entirely. My husband, the man I loved, the father of my child, was in the arms of another woman.

Turning on my heels, I fled from the room, my footsteps echoing in the hallway. Tears streamed down my face, and I stumbled out of the house, my emotions overwhelming me.
