I waited until the door was shut before speaking to Casey who was still in my arms.
"Hey baby" She turned to look at me with tired and sleepy eyes.
Thank God she was about to sleep.
"I have to go after Noah, ok? But I'll be back soon" I said, leading her to the room.
"Why? Daddy said he will soon be back" She muttered, resting her head against my shoulder again.
