Zachary felt his entire body started to weaken. The water was cold, he was wearing a thin cloth, and the rain wasn't helping. He cussed inside his head as he continued swimming despite his already turning sore muscles.
The moment Zachary heard what happened to Kathryn, he felt something inside him snapped. It was as if his real self had been sleeping the entire time and upon hearing Kathryn's situation, it woke up.
Zachary felt his blood boil, his entire body screaming death as soon as Earl explained everything to him.
