It was as though we were in a staring contest.

His eyes were hues of pleads while mine had roams of anger in them. I was going to chase him away until Theodore came and convinced me to hear him out - I wasn’t expecting that.

And now I have no choice than to stand face to face with him, arms crossed, angrily waiting for him to speak up so I can go back inside. The fact he came here after what he had done, upsets me.

“I’m sorry.” He tendered, and I almost scoffed. It’s good he knows what he did, but I am sorry, I am not fazed.

“If you’re done, tell me. It’s kind of cold outside, I have to get inside.” Not even a shrill of cold was touching me, there wasn’t even one to begin with. It’s my need to be out of here speaking.

“Here.” Before I knew it, he was offering me his leather jacket. My hand inched out to take it but it kept freezing in the air. I have always had eyes on this certain jacket, I wish to just grab it from him now that the chance is here but who knows.
