I was expecting a lot more of things to happen the next day but this wasn’t part of it. I never expected to step out of the gate and positioned was the almost unrecognizable man. I’ve somehow forgotten what he his name was and aside that, I knew the man before me wasn’t supposed to be here?

“Where’s he?” After a few seconds, he struck me with his questions and I got pretty much confused.

“You seriously don’t know where your son is?” I lowly said beck and his hands dug deep into the pockets of his dark jeans.

“I don’t have all the time in the world, young lady.” He expressed his impatience and I was completely taken aback.

“Whoever told you something happened to him should at least tell you where he is at.” I nervously cleared my throat and murmured.
