Chapter 42

"Moooom!" I cried with tenderness.

"Why, what's happening?" he asked in surprise.

"Ken and Dyson say I'm ugly." I report.

"Let them both be really ugly. You're so beautiful, don't believe them, huh?" he said while stroking the back of my hair.

I nodded to him in agreement.

I let go of the hug and headed upstairs to rest. Few things drain me; I get tired so easily, even when I'm doing nothing.

"Raveeeeeen!" I shouted at his call.

I couldn't really sleep, so I just laid there while scrolling on the phone.

"Wait! Why are you screaming?" he asked me.

"Dyson and Ken say I'm ugly," I said with a crying voice.

"Hahahaha. They said that?" he answered with a laugh.

"Yes. Are you too? Am I really ugly?" I grumbled.

"Hahaahaha, you're just their Jinojke. Let me scold them. You're so beautiful." Raven comforted me.

"Your husband called!" I said to him.

"Yes, hahaha, we are together. He wants to see how you do trantums." He really laughed at my answer.

I frowned even more when they laughed at me.
