I felt nerves roll over me. I still had this fear that everyone would reject me once Adam tried to bring me into the Pack. I had no idea what to expect. I had never been part of a Pack before and I still did not fully understand rituals, and what it meant to be a Pack member. I knew I would die for the Pack but was that enough?

I was also surprised at how extravagant everyone looked. They were all dressed as if it was a gala event.
