Chapter 59: Playing by the Rules

Being a child of divorce prepared me for this.

The back and forth, the different sides, the snide remarks. Most of all feeling my heart wanting to be in two different places.

It had already been a month since we made the rules of this love triangle. 

So far it was going well enough. I spent three days a week with each boy and on the seventh day, neither of them were allowed to see me so I wouldn’t spend more time with one. 

Those seventh days were spent with my friends. I had told them the other guy was Grayson and swore them to secrecy. Lulu and Carter were team Lee and Analeigh and Lincoln were team Grayson.

That didn’t help one bit. 

The Wrenfords and Hal were not thrilled with the situation but once I explained if this didn’t happen I wouldn’t marry either of their sons, they got on board pretty quickly.
