Ivan and Anna were at the reception, anxiously waiting for any news about Aria. Anna sat on the chair, shaking her legs, tapping her fingers on her thighs, and muttering words of prayer, while Ivan paced around with ragged breaths as though his own life depended on Aria being well. Anna's gaze zeroed in on him, and she wondered why he had cheated on her sister and if he really cared about her. She took a deep breath and wrung her fingers together as she continued praying.
