Chapter 11: Unexpected visitor

Arthur's face became very pale as he stared at the woman coming close to him. Although she was totally oblivious of him, he still had a shocked expression laced on his face.

“Kelly?” Arthur whispered unbelievably. The lady in red hair, scanned the place as if she was searching for something until her eyes darted at Arthur.

Her face curled up in a smile.

“Arthur” Kelly said in a melodic tone, waving her hands to him and walking up to him.

“What are you doing here?” Arthur asked.

“What? Can't I come and see you?” Kelly sat beside him and Sam adjusted himself to give them privacy.

“It's not that. I'm… I wasn't really expecting you. Besides, you didn't tell me that you were coming down here. I could have prepared something. Or arrange a better place” Arthur said, with his voice and tone returning back to normal.

“I wanted to surprise you,” she said. Kelly scanned Arthur's collects and made a disgusted face.
