Thirty nine

Oliver looked down at his phone. It was a message from Luna. He looked at the picture she had sent, it was a picture of his mum with a gun to her head. He wondered what kind of game they were playing, he couldn't believe that things could get to that point.

He immediately called her back.

"What is this you're doing?" He asked upset.

Luna laughed wickedly at the other end.

"What do you think it is?" She asked.

"Do not do anything to my mum," he said. He was scared but he didn't want to show it.

The past few weeks he had known Luna and Frank, he had perceived them as very crazy people who didn't care so much about life and anything.

He knew they could do anything just to get what they want.

"I won't do anything as long as you follow my instructions. But the moment you deviate and do something I don't like. I will call him to pull the trigger," Luna said.
