Daniel's POV

It has been weeks since I and Kelly had our conversation in her room. Since then, we've been avoiding each other like a menace. Mia on the other hand became closer and even way more closer to me than ever. And although I loved Mia, I felt like something was wrong.

I was at the office when I picked up some files, I went through it and smiled. The investments we made were working out perfectly as planned. We became at the peak of the billboard as being the top company. Van thought that he would bring me down, but I rose.

Thanks to Kelly, she really skyrocketed our advertisement, increasing the market demand up to seventy percent. I smiled when I saw the success we were making. Our investors who had left me all came back begging to rekindle the deals they had with us but I declined them all, refusing to partner with traitors.

I increased the salaries, got a new ship, and extended our territories to China and Nigeria, where a high demand for goods was available.
