Chapter 24: Bonding

I didn't sleep right away that night since Roswell left. I don't know for myself, but it seems like I'm slowly getting used to being with him. I know it won't take long for him to be with Vera, but there's a part of me that wants him to come home to me and Agatha immediately.

"My gosh, Kali, you shouldn't be feeling this way!" I said to myself.

I sighed and sat on the sofa. I've cleaned up our mess there, so it's nice to see it again. I sat there for a moment and thought again until I remembered Roswell kissing me earlier. I touched my lips again, and I could almost feel my cheeks heat up.

It was hard for me to sleep that night, so I just watched TV, and sometimes I looked at Agatha sleeping in the room. I don't even know how I fell asleep thinking so much until I woke up with the TV still on.
