Don't Be Nervous

The travel journey did not seem long. The plane landed smoothly. Only, in the following two days, Avery barely saw any trace of Blake. He seemed to really be very busy.

Avery locked herself in the hotel every day. Besides eating and reading, she had nothing else to do.

This situation continued until the evening of the third day. She stood alone at the window in a daze. Outside the window was the western lake that was enveloped by the setting sun. Thunder peak and the setting sun illuminated everything within ten thousand miles. She was so beautiful that she did not seem like a human being.

A pair of sturdy arms silently wrapped around her waist from behind, faintly familiar with the aroma of tobacco enveloping Avery within. “What are you looking at?” he asked.

Avery turned her head around, and what she saw was a handsome face. She naturally did not know that in order to spend more time with her, Blake had worked continuously for two days and two nights, and had almost not slept at all
