Chapter 63 "Must Save Her"

Cassius saw hatred at Harriet’s face as soon as Reese approached their side. One thing that puzzles him is how she tried to hide her disgust against the maid. In his case, he’s hiding his expression so the illness of his will remain secret.

Harriet has no illness to hide, but she seems to cover something more than a disease.

“You are so pretty today!” Reese greeted Harriet. She glanced back at Cassius and bowed her head to show respect. “Good evening, sir Cassius.”

Thinking that he has no reason to respond at her greeting, Cassius wordlessly just stared at her.
