Diana cleared her throat, gaining our attention. We sat together in a less busy restaurant and it was 4 in the evening.

I didn't know why she called but she claimed to have vital information that would help us have a lead on Mrs. Evans.

Ivy was also present, the novelist wanted every part of any mischief she could find herself in.

We all looked at Diana, waiting for her to continue as she was taking forever.

"Well?" Evy had grown impatient as she urged her friend.

Diana tsked and shook her head. "It's just so inexplicable that she would do that?"

"Do what?" Ivy fretted just as impatient.

Diana motioned her hand towards us to get close and we all automatically leaned across the table as she whispered.

"Underground sex trafficking." She dropped the bomb before leaning back and we did the same.

"What?" Evy enunciated in bafflement. "Where did you hear that from?"

"At the office today. I overheard these two men discussing a sex trafficking club and how they were char
