A visit

I observed him for a while and noticed he was dozing off. "He did probably be tired," I whispered under my breath with my gaze still fixed on him.

I heaved out a deep breath and closed my eyes pretending to be asleep so I could hear all the conversation that would go on in the room.

As much as I was badly hungry, I still needed to act up to get whatever information that would be naturally hidden from me.

The moment I got back to my room I laid on the bed restless. I couldn't tell what exactly came upon Ashely and what made her act the way she did.
