Giving a Position

He pulled me back, and raised his hands as though he wanted to throw me a punch, I bent my head in defense. After a few minutes of not getting his hit, I raised my head gradually and saw his hand hanging in the air. I gasped out in fear, stood up, and headed to my room for a fresh shower.

I needed someone to urgently speak to, but there was no time as I was to leave with him in an hour.

I rushed to the bathroom and viewed myself in the mirror. I assured myself that things were going to be better in the future, but at the same time, I knew it wasn’t going to be anytime soon.

I stayed under the shower and allowed the warm water to flow from my head to my toe washing away all my sorrow and pain.

the bath was cool and at the same time comforting, I heaved in a deep breath at intervals, with my eyes shot in imagination.

I left the bathroom and headed straight to my wardrobe to dress. After about fifteen minutes of intense searching, I finally got a dress to wear
