CHAPTER FIFTY_ FIVE

After hours of deliberation, we still hadn't decided to sell a portion of the company. It was a divisive issue, and we couldn't reach a consensus. So, we decided to put it on the list of options to consider, and we would continue to discuss it at future meetings. As the meeting came to a close, I couldn't help but feel a sense of unease. I wasn't sure if we were making the right decision by putting off a decision about selling the company. But for now, it was the best we could do.

I wouldn't deny how bothered I was. I felt as if everything was falling apart too quickly. I didn't want the situation to weigh me down, but it was already dealing so badly with my mental health. I felt dizzy while I watched everyone trying to figure out the best way out. The only option we had been left with was the very drastic one, and my gush, I'd do anything to keep the company, not including losing it entirely.

After the meeting was adjourned, everyone began to dispatch. I was lef
