In the small hall, the atmosphere was charged with anticipation as the six contestants gathered for the final stage of the shoe design competition. Ethan walked in just in time to witness Mel's presentation. He couldn't help but notice the fine way she talked; her looks drew him in even more. She had a petite nature that made her even more pretty in his eyes. Finally, she rounded up her presentation, and from the look of the judges, one could tell that she had delivered well.

Ethan exchanged looks with Avril, occasionally staring at the other judges. The judges then dispersed the contestants for a while to make evaluations. The contestants were asked to leave the hall for an hour and return immediately after for the final session of the competition. This session involved the physical version of their designs, and they would all get to model them for the judges to do their job.

After the contestants left, Ethan looked harder at Avril before standing up and beckoning him to follow him.
