“Eeeeeiiiiiiiiii.” Rose squealed in shock and dropped the letter like it was on fire.

The Business Awards was the biggest event in the business world. It was basically an award night for businesses and people who had done great things or made visible impacts in their business sector. Getting an award was a massive accomplishment and bragging rights were certainly earned.

It was strictly by invitation and held every year. Rose had assumed that she would probably be invited or tag along as Wayne’s plus one. Wayne was a regular there and had worn a number of awards since he had officially delved into the business world.
