Wayne was getting bored with France pretty quickly because he was preoccupied with thoughts of how to conquer a certain woman in Manhattan. Since he was in the country it was a prime opportunity to have meetings with business partners there and general visits.

Ben made sure his schedule was organized for optimal effectiveness and ease; it was hard not to admire his diligent work. It was Wednesday afternoon when a certain idea popped into his head on the way to one of those meetings.
