Guiding me and making sure that I don't make mistakes. I have never seen a man who is so caring just like you. I don't know how best to appreciate you rather than to put up this surprise for you. I could see his eyes forming some tears. This is my boss who is so hard to crack. Everyone is so scared of him but I can see something that's made him emotional for the first time. I understand he is being strict at work so that he will not be taken for granted.
