Lavender was about to start the car when her phone rang.
Looking at the caller ID, she immediately picked up.
"Mommy…" a tender voice was heard over the phone.
"Son, where are you?" Lavender immediately asked.
"I'm home mummy. Didn't you see that I used our house phone to make the call?"
"I saw that." Lavender answered. She had been worried about her son and when she realized that Robert might have taken him, she wanted to rush to the Houston family and demand for her son.
She did not care about the consequences all she wanted was her son.
"Sorry, mummy is just worried about you. I thought something bad might have happened to you."
"Okay mummy. I'm fine. You can come home be careful on the road I will wait for you."
"Okay I will be right back." Lavender replied before hanging up.
She did not even care if the so called father was still in her house, all she cared about was that her son was
