Alva woke up the next morning feeling a start of headache in her head and sat up on the bed wincing. She had a lot on her mind, a lot, and didn’t know what to do with it.

First, there was the trance that had felt quite surreal and was now playing in her mind making her wonder if it was time to see her therapist.

She remembered that the therapist had advised her to come to her later when she was all grown up and able to accept the trauma that happened to her years ago and she was ready.

According to her, the subconscious of her mind was the only thing keeping her away from that memory and it could only be her acceptance that would bring it out.

She sighed.

There was also the fact that she had had her outburst with Jaxon making things awkward and had not paid him any attention ever since, she wondered if that was the right decision.

She just couldn’t fathom that she had probably fallen for him and was now vulnerable to his actions.
