Chapter Twenty Six

I know most people will find it weird that I had only just met this man and yet, I openly confessed about my affair with my boss's husband a piece of information that even Regina couldn't get out of me (she had once asked who the father of my child was, a question to which I'd given no answer to).

I don't know what it was about him exactly but I thought he could ask me any question and I would answer.

He had the kind of face, the kind of aura that you just couldn't lie 'cause he'd know you were lying, no matter how much of a good liar you are.

He looked like the kind of person you could tell anything and he wouldn't judge you for it.
