Chapter 16: Do You Like Her?

Mike gently nudged Finn, lowering his voice deliberately to add a hint of mystery. Finn remained impassive, leaning back before responding.

"Don't beat around the bush, Mike. But I've noticed that Sofia's personality has changed drastically recently as if she's become a completely different person."

"We should investigate this later," Mike's eyes lit up as if he had just stumbled upon some intriguing information. He smirked while organizing the pill bottles on the table.

"Oh, is your interest piqued because of her? Has Sofia's recent demeanor made you like her more?"

"I'd advise you that if you like her, don't act distant; show more interest in her. Otherwise, if she falls for someone else in the future, you'll regret it, haha."

Mike was a skilled doctor, and there was nothing to criticize about his professionalism, but he tended to talk a lot. Being someone who disliked noise, Finn quickly stood up before the conversation veered off track.
