For an untrustworthy vampire, Lucian fulfils his promise and gives Annaliese her son.
They keep to the room that is given to them and sleep close to each other with Phoenix between them.
Breakfast is brought to their room.
"Do you think Kieran will come?", Annaliese asks.
"If anything Annaliese, you should trust your mate", Marian replies.
"I do trust him".
"So do you think he'll come?', Marian asks.
"Yes, he will".
"Good", she nods."But i won't wait for him to show up, this place is nauseating and i want to leave".
"And exactly how do you plan on doing that?".
"The girl that brought breakfast this morning?, she's human".
"So?".
"I can ask her to help us".Marian looks at Annaliese like she's grown twenty heads.

When they get to the coven, the sun was beginning to rise.If her best friend wasn't about to die, Annaliese would enjoy the sunrise.She is forced to hand Phoenix to Griselda as her wounds are cleaned. Briseis promises her he would be safe with Griselda.Annaliese really hopes so.Briseis then tells them to all go home which some of them does.Quinn, Leon and Kim all leave to go bury Marian and return to the packs knowing Lucian wouldn't try anything at the witches coven.After all, he's alone and greatly outnumbered but Kim doesn't want to take any chances so he leaves some epsilons at the entrance of the coven.

A minute ago, Joyce was gone and now she's alive.She lets out a breath she didn't know she was holding in.Wheezing, Joyce opens her eyes.She sits upright and holds onto Annaliese for support."Annaliese?", she says with a hoarse voice.Annaliese looks at her and her eyes aren't the same color.Red.They're sparkling red.She glances over at Lucian and sees him smiling."Wh-what's going on?. The Blind Luna Epilogue
It's been four years since Marian was killed and four years of healing for Kieran. For the pack, for everybody. Four years of growing stronger and better. A lot has happened in the last four years. After the Joyce incident, Annaliese has had more kids. Their first child, Phoenix has twin sisters. Jade and Claire. They're three years old and quite beautiful just like their mother. They're commonly known as the princesses of Zenith pack. Phoenix is now five years old with silver orbs.
