Chapter 5 | A Date
Silas
Lux gets off the phone and immediately rubs her temples. I look at her, concerned for how she is handling everything. I know that this is stressful on her, it’s stressful on me too and Kai keeping this from us wasn’t cool, but I just want to move past it.
She looks over in my direction and asks, “What’s going on? Why did I need to get off the phone? Do we have something planned?”
I smile softly from her questions and answer, “Nothing specific, but I felt it was a good time for you to get off the phone and for us to get ready for our day. We have breakfast with the Alpha and Luna, but after that I was thinking we could take the day to focus on us.”“Like a date?” She questions and I smile as I rub her cheek and say, “Yeah, like a date. Let’s explore Greece before we go off to the spiritual world.”
