Chapter 57

Outside, people are starting to pass by doing their own activities.  The leaves seemed to fall in the wind, the street lights had dimmed along with the sun rising from the eastern horizon.

Behind the hospital window glass, Alyne was seen lying facing the window, her eyes looking up at the blue sky through the window curtains. 

She turned when she heard the sound of the door opening, and found Danish entering her room.  The two of them were silent for a moment when they met face to face.

"Good morning." Danish stepped closer to Alyne, and standing on the side of the bed. Alyne gave him a thin smile.  She got up from her bed and sat on the bed.

"About last night..."  Danish scratched his head that didn't itch. 

Alyne took a deep breath.  "That was Violet." Her gaze turned sad.

Danish's hand reached out to hold Alyne's hand. "Shall we call the police?"

Alyne shook her head slowly. "That will be useless.
