Ericka frowned after she saw the reaction on his face. She knew that by how he reacted, he would immediately just deny the things she'd ask.

"Okay, forget about it," Ericka suddenly said, which made Shawn surprised.

"No, tell me which scene you are referring to. Please don't change the topic," he added, before shifting his head back to the wheels. "I'll answer your question in full honesty."

Ericka took his words to her mind as she let out another sigh. After all the years she has been thinking about it, she finally had the chance to voice out her pain.

Immediately, as she tried to recall what she witnessed that day, a few years ago, she couldn't help but feel her throat dry.

"Alright, if you… if you insist," she started, gulping her saliva. "What I wanted to refer to is the time I saw you kissing Jenna," she added, after a long while. It took her a few minutes to muster all of her courage to say those words.
