CHAPTER TWENTY TWO

I was fu****g dying to hear it from her. When I confessed my love, I wasn't expecting her to respond. I didn't consider it would come like this. When I would be so angry. I had told Victoria to stay away from my wife. Her words were calming me, "I love you so much. I can't live without you." I heard her feeble voice so clearly. My whole body was tingling with ecstasy. 

      My gaze caught something on her back. I stared at the red dot dubiously. I was confused. I tried to brush it off her dress with a swipe of my hand. It stayed glued. My forehead creased. I darted my eyes out of the glass wall. My gaze rested on the black figure. He was staring at us aiming his weapon at us. He wasn't moving. I could see him clearly but only his half face was visible and hidden behind his gun and hand on it.
